Tickets can be picked up at the visitors’ helpdesk in the reception area of the interpretation centre, which can be accessed via the stairs or lift from the rooftop car park.
Museum staff can provide you with information on the services available and the different areas of the Museum. Do not hesitate to make any queries or suggestions that you may consider appropriate. At the Museum we are grateful for any contribution that enables us to improve our services and facilities.
The information screens distributed around the interpretation centre can be used to provide further information on the process of restoration of the Igartubeiti farmhouse, on different types of Basque farmhouses and on farmhouse-related cultural matters (family portraits, children’s games, animals).

- Guidebooks in English and French can be borrowed free of charge.
- A cloakroom and luggage storage area is available free of charge.
- Accessibility: there is a lift from the car park down to the interpretation centre. The ground floor of the farmhouse is fitted with ramps. The upper floor can be accessed via the under-roof area.
- The book & souvenir shop is open throughout the museum opening times.
- There is a reading room in the interpretation centre.

The exhibits on show are part of our common heritage. To help conserve them, please observe the following rules:
- Please keep your voice down so as not to disturb other visitors to the Museum.
- Photographs are permitted.
- You may not smoke or eat inside the farmhouse or inside the interpretation centre.
- Animals may not be brought into the buildings.
